1. Returns are only accepted when the courier is present for delivery (EGYPT ONLY).
2. Condition of Goods: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached. Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized items.
• Sale items are also considered final sale and cannot be returned.
